About the Todmorden Bandstand Group
The Todmorden Bandstand Group started in 2019 as a result of the ‘Save Our Bandstand’ campaign, after the building fell into ruin. It was through the efforts of this campaign that the building received its listed status, and then with the support of Todmorden Town Council (who took on ownership of the Bandstand) and funding from the Todmorden Town Deal and the National Lottery Heritage Fund, the building has been renovated and brought back into use.
The Todmorden Bandstand Group will be working closely with TTC to manage the Bandstand as a venue for hire for all kinds of performances and celebrations.
